A decision was taken in October to incorporate the venture under a parent brand structure rather than directly under the platform name. The new parent brand, Gravenos, will hold the intellectual property and operational responsibilities; the financial analytics product will sit beneath it as its first instrument.
The architectural choice is deliberate. A platform-named company is structurally constrained to a single product line in the public mind, and any subsequent diversification reads as a departure. A parent brand built around a thesis (in our case, the foundation of insight in domains where precision and clarity determine outcomes) admits further instruments without contradiction.
